ISHF LIGA PRO WORLD CHALLENGES SERIES is an international tournament consisting of several stages (challenges). Club teams from different countries of the world take part in it;
At the end of each stage (challenge) of the series, all participants will be awarded points depending on the final place in the standings (when participating in several tournaments, the points are summed up), and the winner of the stage (challenge) will also be determined.
After the end of all stages (challenges), the final tournament will take place among the winners of all past competitions. The world’s strongest short hockey team will be revealed in the final!
The duration of one season of the ISHF LIGA PRO WORLD CHALLENGES SERIES is no more than 10 months. The approved timelines are set for the following dates:
- Beginning — September 1 of the Year when the competition starts.
- End — May 31 of the next calendar year.
The final stage of the series, where the strongest team at the end of the season will be known, is held in June by the decision of the ISHF;
All stages of the competition are held according to the united rules of the game approved by the ISHF.
